General Terms

r2bet ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between r2bet and its registered users ("you", "member", "player").

Creating an account, logging in, playing games, depositing funds, or using the r2bet platform in any way means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all clauses and conditions of this Agreement.

"Services" as referenced in this Agreement means all gaming activities provided through r2bet, including cricket betting, slots, casino, fishing games, tennis betting, and all other gaming activities.

Account Registration & Identity Verification

To use r2bet's services, each user must create a personal account. All information provided during account registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Account Rules:

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the r2bet support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• r2bet may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements

To use the r2bet platform, you must be legally capable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. r2bet is for users aged 21 and above only.

r2bet is firmly committed to preventing minors from gaming. If you become aware that a minor is using your account or attempting to use r2bet independently, please notify our support team immediately.

Additional Eligibility Conditions:

• You are playing with your own funds and for your own entertainment.
• You are not playing on behalf of or as a representative of any third party.
• You are permitted to participate in online gaming under the local laws applicable to you.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the r2bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the approved payment methods listed below.

Approved Payment Methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile financial service of UCB Bank

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the method used at the time of deposit.
• Winnings derived from any bonus cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• r2bet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until additional verification is completed in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

r2bet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: Complete bets totalling ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 and your bonus winnings will become withdrawable.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the specified wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Rules:

• A player may not claim a specific bonus offer more than once.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in cancellation of the relevant account.
• r2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP Program across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Responsible Gaming

r2bet firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never cause harm to your financial, family, or mental wellbeing. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Never spend money beyond your means.
• Never treat gaming as a source of income.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, seek help immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r2bet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated program.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to defraud others by impersonating r2bet staff or support personnel.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Distributing illegal or harmful content through the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the r2bet platform — including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is the intellectual property of r2bet or its licensors. This intellectual property is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Beyond this, reproducing, redistributing, or commercially using any content without r2bet's prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data & Privacy

r2bet takes the security of your personal information very seriously. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

r2bet operates as an online gaming platform provider. We strive to maintain the highest standard of service under reasonable circumstances, however our liability is limited in the following cases:

• For losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• For losses caused by third-party access to your account due to your own negligence.
• If the service is disrupted due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
• For errors in third-party game software.

r2bet never guarantees the outcome of any game. All games are operated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and results are determined entirely on a random basis.

Account Suspension & Termination

r2bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is found.
• If an account is created with false information.
• If evidence of being a minor is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period (r2bet will provide a separate notice).

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited if the applicable wagering conditions have not been met.

Terms Changes & Updates

r2bet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

If you continue using r2bet after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the page always indicates the current version.
